I can’t say enough kind words about Jayme. Her customer service is one of a kind. I reached out to her requesting a personalization on this onsie because I needed this specific color for a graduation gift. Not only did she respond in a timely manner, but she agreed to my request without any hesitation! Shortly after, I realized that I had my dates wrong and needed this a week sooner than I originally planned for. I asked Jayme if she would be able to make this personalized onsie and get it out on time, & she accepted the challenge so gracefully. Mid shipment, she realized my order was going to arrive a day late, so out of the kindness of her own heart, she went ahead & made me a 2nd one & shipped it out with 1 day shipping. It arrived in time for the special day! I HIGHLY recommend her!
